[Lincolnparkdc] Experience w John C Flood plumbing and electrical repair?

I hired them once. My impression was that their modus operandi was to make
their 1st visit a consult/analysis w/ a 2nd visit needed to complete the
work (at an additional charge…. ). On the other hand, they did tell me that
Kohler has a lifetime replacement guarantee (if I ordered the part myself)
so in the end the cost of 2 visits minus 0 cost for the Kohler part was
probably a wash…. Maybe a bit garbled in my memory but I probably wldn’t
hire them again.
