Hello Everyone,

I just had my floors refinished.  To my delightful surprise, I found out my house has the original heart-pine floors from 1909 on both main and second floors.   As many know the prep to ready a house to redo floors is a real challenge and time consuming. 

The company I used is a family shop and did a magnificent job.   Floors had many nail holes and areas where there was need for replacement and just a lot of wear and tear from dogs.   Previous owners sold the house as is including the floors.   After Melvin and his team redid them, the floors look amazing.   House is stunning and elegant with nearly new looking floors. Melvin is high integrity, honorable as they come and does what he says.   Don't let his youth distract you.  He knows what he is doing and delivers it at a fair price.
