[Lincolnparkdc] USPS strikes again

I took two pieces of first class mail that had been misdelivered to our
address on Independence Avenue to the intended recipient in the 100 block
of Kentucky Avenue.  Not a big deal to me, but it fits the pattern of
complaints related in these recent emails.
