[Lincolnparkdc] USPS strikes again

I don't usually care that much when I get my mail, but our daughter's
college diploma was thrown on our step the other day before the rain and it
got totally soaked and wrinkled before we saw it out there. It's not the
end of the world, but pretty annoying.
