[Lincolnparkdc] USPS strikes again

The mail in these two photos was found by Melissa Kimball outside of 124 Ky
on the sidewalk. Obviously left overnight in the rain.  She has delivered
it to the correct addresses.

I put in a complaint yesterday because we hadn't gotten mail since last
Wednesday. The mail that I got in this pile was from Thursday and Friday,
but still missing Saturday and Monday and Tuesday's mail according to our
informed delivery.

If they call me per my complaint I will send these photos and let them
know.
