[Lincolnparkdc] Emergency alert on phone at 2:00 a.m.

Hi,
Did anyone receive an emergency alert of some sort on their cellphone or smartphone at 2:00 a.m. today? I tried to enlarge the message and erased it. Was it a message that was necessary to send at that hour?
