[Lincolnparkdc] DDOT traffic and parking changes planned for North Lincoln Park

Thanks very much, Marche, for bringing this to everyone’s attention.

DDOT continuously acts as if it has no accountability to DC residents or
government.  It regularly buries information deep in a somewhat related
document; submits unfinished plans for approval and makes substantial
changes after; and  makes important changes w little opportunity for
required public input.

It ignores City Council approved and funded projects it doesn’t feel like
doing.

I’m happy to join this petition, and hope others will, too.  I’m having
trouble with the website, though.  I hope others have better luck.
