[Lincolnparkdc] Affordable housing event at RFK (Hill East) next Saturday 10-11am

Hi Neighbors,

 

Interested in what is happening with the land owned by DC in Hill East?  Check out the master plan https://planning.dc.gov/publication/master-plan-reservation-13-hill-east-waterfront and come out and learn about a development plan for the latest parcel of land.  The event next Saturday calls for ⅓ of all units in this parcel to be priced for incomes 30% of Area Median Income (AMI), ⅓ are priced for incomes 60% of AMI, and ⅓ are priced at market rate.  Come fly a 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 kite or join on Zoom 😊

In-person (outside with masks) requires registration due to Covid restrictions.
