[Lincolnparkdc] URGENT. ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION

If within the historic district it is NOT private property - all of our
front or side yards are public space/public parking (a term from the 1870’s
that has to do with looking park-like and is defined as the area between
the house and the sidewalk) which the adjoining property owner is required
to maintain.
