[Lincolnparkdc] URGENT. ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION

It got stopped in progress after some of the pour was completed. There was NOT a permit. This is the feedback we got. 

„ PSI Officer Gaskins has indeed issued a stop work order due to the lack of permit compliance. Officer Gaskins will also issue the applicable notice(s) of violation to include safe accommodations violations“
