[Lincolnparkdc] URGENT. ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION

THIS WILL MOST LIKELY OCCUR TOMORROW MORNING, THURSDAY. 

I just observed the following at the NW Corner of Kentucky and South Carolina, SE

It clearly shows rebar having been laid for a concrete pour of most likely a parking slab. I believe it is occurring within the“park“ area on the Kentucky side of this property. I DONT THINK IS LEGAL. DOES SOMEBODY KNOW HOW TO GET THIS STOPPED BEFORE TOMORROW MORNING. 

Chander is familial with when something similar happened at 120 13th SE a couple years ago, which so far has not been reversed. 

I could see NO building permit posted.
