[Lincolnparkdc] Bees, hornets,wasps

We have a swarm of some kind of bees/ hornets/wasps at the corner of our front steps and the public sideway at 113 Kentucky Avenue SE.  We need to have an exterminator come to get rid of them as the sprays we have tried have not been effective.  Can anyone recommend an exterminator who might come ASAP?  My son was strung this afternoon and we don't want that to happen to anyone else.  The nest seems to have been stirred up by the digging done when the new water lines were installed last week.
