[Lincolnparkdc] Bikes in Alley bound by Independence, Massachusetts and 13th.

A couple of bikes appeared overnight in our alley. They don't seem to belong to any one of our immediate neighbors. Posting here in case someone on the listserv recognizes them.

The police have been alerted.
