So sorry this happened. What I find frustrating these days is that most of
us are home, but the post office and other delivery people refuse to ring
the bell or knock loudly on the door. If they are afraid to touch the door
or bell they could wear gloves.
I often go out after the mail has arrived to find there is a package
sitting on the stoop.
