[Lincolnparkdc] bike lanes on Kentucky Ave?

Gina, thanks for the explanation and understand it is illegal to do so for longer periods.  I am ok with parking in the lane, but if there’s only one lane? We can’t really block the two way traffic?.  Could they just do one bike lane or give us some options around this?  We don’t have an option to park out back so I am a bit concerned with this proposal.
