[Lincolnparkdc] KY AVE Pipe Replacement

I was called in person on behalf of DC Water by a lady named Marshelle at 202-918-7765 about possible replacement of lead pipes. We made an appointment for the LSR Representative Kevon Levenberry to come to our home and explain the process.  My son, John, took Kevon to the basement to check our lines and show him the outside connection.  Kevon assured us that we had everything we needed inside our house.  Both John and I talked to him about outside connections and when our water would need to be cut off and parking in front of our house.  Kevon promised to send us a contract via Internet.  We received that contract within a few days and signed it.  After we signed, we were called to set up a date for the work to be done.  That will be about the third week in September.  My understanding is that several others on the 100 block of Kentucky will also have new pipes installed.
I would recommend that anyone who has questions, or Jonathan who did not receive a contract, call Marshelle at 202-918-7765. Messages for Keven may be left with Marshelle.
