[Lincolnparkdc] Installation of Advisory Bike Lanes on Kentucky Ave SE...Where's the Historic Preservation Review?

As early as the 1920s, parked cars seemed to be fairly well established on DC thoroughfares (the Model T started production in 1908).



Of course, even earlier, there were other vehicles that required on-street parking! 😉
