[Lincolnparkdc] Installation of Advisory Bike Lanes on Kentucky Ave SE...Where's the Historic Preservation Review?

One might note that when our homes were built, they did have bicycles and did not have cars. Plenty of room for everyone to share the roads before they became primarily about car storage!
