Be aware that the young man who has been harassing people is still out there. My husband and I were driving past 12th street when he heard yelling and we saw three terrified looking woman. The young man was glimpsed ducking into the alley between 12th and Kentucky. I am sure he is gone by now. Just be aware, Sent from my iPhone
