[Lincolnparkdc] Update on disturbing incidents (harassment/intimidation) on KY Avenue...

I think that is a great suggestion Alice, but his father does not appear to be realistic about his son.  Given how Consistent and extreme the young mans behavior is (this morning he was screaming ‘you are raping me’ at passersby in the intersection) how is it his father is surprised?  I think we need to stick with the police.
