The girls stopped, called us and Phil went and got them. They were pretty shaken up. Come to find out, another neighbor also had an encounter with this individual earlier this week. This was in the middle of the day. He also stuck his middle finger up at this person and similar to the situation yesterday, acted like he was reaching for a gun. We don’t know if he actually has one on him. He then ran at the other neighbor’s car which was unnerving.

It appears he changes his clothes throughout the day, sometimes he’s walking a small dog. The other neighbor always sees him walk down Kentucky toward the Safeway; Phil sees him walk both ways.

This person looks to be in his late teens, early 20’s, about 5’7” with a medium build. The police have advised us to call 911 if he’s on the block so they can talk with him.
