[Lincolnparkdc] Covid flag display by RFK

An artist From Bethesda is working on an installation across from the DC Armory. They are looking for volunteers to help plant flags on Friday and Saturday. If you are interested go on down they will have a couple volunteers in tents to assign you a section.
