[Lincolnparkdc] Different opinion on the design issues

Hi neighbors, I just want to point out that the piling on against DDOT’s
design is not universal. I’m looking forward to changes that slow the cars
and make our streets safer for parents and kids.

I wholly understand that some of our neighbors may need additional
accommodations based on the current design. But, please think about all
your neighbors with little walkers and bikers. I fear for my kids’ lives
every time we park on Indy, or cross it. Slower is safer. Pylons slow the
outbound traffic. Any safety improvement DDOT can make is long overdue and
welcomed in my book. Can we be on the same page on this at least?
