[Lincolnparkdc] Pylons on Kentucky & 13th

Putting speed bumps on the 100 block of 13th Street SE would also be very effective. As one who will look out on these pylons in front of my house all the time and will lose the ability to park any where near my house or be able even stop in front to unload groceries, I care very much what choice is made.
