[Lincolnparkdc] Pylons on Kentucky & 13th

I couldn’t agree more about how ugly the pylons are and how they’ve
significantly degraded the appearance of our otherwise beautiful historic
Capitol Hill.

They’re also more of a hindrance than a benefit to traffic.

I’d like to see them all removed.
