[Lincolnparkdc] Fwd: re bike lanes

Thank you for sharing.  I have attached a drawing that shows the parking
spots that would potentially be lost by the parking lanes at the corner of
13th, Independence, and KY.  I highlighted the current spots that folks
park in with light blue. FYI.. that is about 12 or 13 spots.

I would also pay attention to the northbound traffic routing on 13th. It
now has a clear bump-out that will definitely reduce the entry speed
heading north on 13th, but I can see that also increasing traffic on KY as
there's no clear barrier. If the intention is to increase bike traffic on
KY, why make that the easier route for cars.
