[Lincolnparkdc] Heads up: overnight car rifling on 12th

Chris,
Thank you for this information; I had no idea! Our car on Independence
Ave, was rifled maybe a month ago, and I couldn't figure out how the car
was unlocked. No damage and nothing taken, but still worrying.
I'll have to find a new location for my car keys.
