[Lincolnparkdc] Moving/trash/demo services to recommend

I posted this on the newhilleast page on FB but thought I would also post
here in case anyone needs a reliable moving/demo/pick up service:

If anyone needs movers for household items we used Jeffrey John Keil to
move a new fridge into our basement and he and his team were great. We had
a very tight squeeze and JJ sized it up quickly, removed the outside door,
got the fridge in and helped us get it into place easily. We’re going to
have him break down and move out a sectional sleeper sofa from the basement
too. Very reasonably priced too. Another neighbor has used his service for
junk and trash removal, running errands, and picking up items from Home
Depot. I know they also do demolition of spaces to prepare for house
renovations.
