[Lincolnparkdc] Front door problem

My brother Tom says the only material for a wooden exterior door is
mahogany. Apparently, anything else will be problematic with lots of call
backs. It's a material well suited for this application. Not saying that is
the problem but be aware the material matters. Got this from a door
carpenter (better than "evidence" gleaned from sticky notes).
