[Lincolnparkdc] Fwd: False Statement. — Design of Intersection Ky/13/ind

Diana Quinn and Sharon Raimo have raised the issue of where there had been trolley routes on Capitol Hill. 

I had sent this message to more limited audience earlier today regarding whether there had been a trolley turn around at Ky/13/IND.
