[Lincolnparkdc] Pylons added to original design Kentucky @ East Capitol

Agree.

And after the call last night, I asked CMAllen for a timeframe.  What’s the
life of the experiment, when does it end so the city can evaluate and move
on to the promised permanent better solution?  And when could funding
become available?

He responded that he’ll try to get funds in the fy22 budget, which begins
oct 2021.  I thanked him and asked him to let us know how we could help.
