[Lincolnparkdc] Island!

Please, I'm begging you- look at the maps using the North arrows as a guide
with the proper orientation! *Nothing is happening to the island* It is not
being made smaller, the trees are not being removed, the curbs not adjusted
or island narrowed one single inch. Believe me when I say moving curbs is
so expensive, DDOT rarely does it.
