[Lincolnparkdc] obliteration of the island on Kentucky Ave SE

Amy Knapp, my neighbor just showed me an engineering drawing that
apparently shows the new bike plan that includes obliteration of the island
to a narrow strip. I did not take the time to scrutinize this drawing but
it clearly shows that the island will be reduced to a tiny median.
I am concerned that this plan has gone off the rails without input from the
neighborhood other than us talking to each other. If anyone has an action
plan to put up some mitigation to progress of this plan I would be glad to
hear. Thank you.
