Deborah, world famous landscape architects oehme von Sweden are on 8th street SE. Their aesthetic is consistent with what you describe. I’m sure you can see their work online.
Jim at American Plant (highly recommend) executed our drawings, helped with plant selection, and oversaw construction of our garden at 161 Kentucky, but that is a classical style.
