[Lincolnparkdc] Montmartre &7th Hill Pizza

Jenis is great, but no consolation for the loss of Montmartre and 7th Hill
who have been mainstays in our neighborhood. Montmartre was the first truly
"nice" special occasion restaurant to take a chance on the Hill before it
became a place anyone else would consider. It's super depressing.
