[Lincolnparkdc] Reminder about the alley between 12th and Kentucky

I hate to contribute to another debate in dog waste in trash receptacles, but I have a helpful tip. I line my trash can with a 39 gallon bag (sold at CVS). This way if a dog owner uses my trash can for their dog wast, it doesn’t matter.
