[Lincolnparkdc] Reminder about the alley between 12th and Kentucky

Several times in the last two weeks we have had full poop bags hung from our front fence. I know Antoinette has had poop in her bin several times as well. What is with people.

Also to consider: it may not be anyone on our blocks. I heard a dog barking in the alley the other day and found a woman with blonde hair, smoking a cigarette and sitting on a rolled up sleeping bag with her (unleashed) dog at her side. I said hello but she didn’t respond and the dog growled. When I came back out a few minutes later she was gone. I’ve never seen this person or their dog before.
