[Lincolnparkdc] Reminder about the alley between 12th and Kentucky

This photo demonstrates shocking inconsiderateness by the dog owner/walker,
though it's possible the person may just have forgotten or neglected to
bring along baggies, I suppose.

A pet peeve of mine is I finding  dogie bags in my trash can in the alley
in the 1200 block south of Independence, when I do not own a pet dog, and
my bin is clearly labeled with my house number on it.  I always wonder why
the owner prefers a neighbor's bin rather than his/her own.
