[Lincolnparkdc] Missing package

So as someone predicted the package showed up today. Regardless of the
fact that the PO said it was specifically left in the mailbox at 7:23 PM
last night and the box is considerably larger than the mailbox. So I guess
the suggestion that they scan it delivery meet the contract requirements is
accurate.
