[Lincolnparkdc] Abandoned Trash Cans

Kentucky and 13th Street Alley pickup ppl: 

Our recycling bin went missing after last Sunday’s pickup. Anyone mistakenly with a bin with electric/painters tape on the top with a faded 121?
