Dear Neighbors
Our many neighbors with small children are really struggling to keep them engaged.  I saw a piece on the national news where some neighborhoods are placing teddy bears or other stuffed animals in their windows.  This allows a walk to become a "treasure hunt" where the children see how many animals they can find.  We put stuffed animals in all our windows today.  Maybe we can all help create a little fun for our smallest neighbors.
