[Lincolnparkdc] Colleague looking for an apartment or studio on Capitol Hill

I have a colleague who just moved back to DC and who is looking to rent an
apartment or studio.
He is an extremely nice network news cameraman.
Here's what he's looking for:
   " I am looking for a big studio or one bed at least 600 sq. ft. Laundry
in the apartment, AC, off street parking for the crew car, a small veranda
would be nice. No basements, light."
