[Lincolnparkdc] Need help with 2019 DC Unincorporated Franchise Tax Return (D-30)

Hi All,

This tax return must be filed for rental income received renting out a DC home. I am stuck on the operating losses & carryovers. The DC Tax office and a CPA I consulted were both clueless.  Can anyone recommend a CPA or someone familiar with this form to help me?
