Thanks John. It takes a village to fight this symbol of hatred everywhere and take action so not to be tolerated or ignored anymore.
The product decisions are probably made at the corporate level, though, then shipped out to franchises. It also could’ve been part of a group buy of a “selection of scarves” chosen by a vendor, so we can give the local mgr the benefit of doubt but still proceed to educate them.
Besides speaking to the local manager that the scarves are offensive please remove them, I recommend an email through their corporate website contact page, a Tweet to them with photo, and a message to their FB page. Their social media folks should react quickly to protect their corporate brand and bring it to the attention of corporate management to act on and hopefully pull from stores.

I went over tonight on an errand was horrified to see these Confederate flag bandanas hanging on a display rack there! I’m planning on going back this week to see if I can talk with whoever does their ordering, to see if we can make sure this product isn’t reordered again. No one needs to be seeing this symbol of racism and slavery and treason and evil at the corner store.
