[Lincolnparkdc] Lincoln Park's Lincoln statue

[Mark]

Make that parcel of land alongside the armory and in front of RFK stadium
into a national park for reconciliation (commemorating BLM and other
American groups who've been victims of racism, discrimination etc....). Put
a statue of Frederick Douglas or others there.  It would be a stick in the
eye to any memory of Preston Marshall and would be a counter balance to the
Lincoln memorial location on the citys monument/memorials grid
