[Lincolnparkdc] effective mosquito spraying

I bought a Ryobi battery powered sprayer and use the chemicals from Home
Depot. Of course I am a trained professional dealing with HAZMAT spill
response so I also have a washdown station and appropriate PPE. But I did
not have a bug problem when I sprayed in August. The bigger problem is the
neighbors who don't keep the standing water down and maintain the right of
ways making it jungle-like with lots of hiding places for water.
