I apologize that I'm just seeing the thread now, but has anyone recommended Mike Jones?  He's on Barrack's Row.  I signed on with him years ago, moved away, and when I moved back went back with Mike Jones.  He's always treated me fairly.

I was with another agent as well for decades. He retired and the person who purchased his agency seems to fail in the understanding that those answering the phones are a first, very impressionable interaction with the consumer.
