[Lincolnparkdc] Access: Museums

I believe in our constitutional right to protest.
Do not doubt that.
I also believe that we should all act responsibly and follow guidance that will help keep us safe and healthy.
It all seems very confusing though, and raises questions.
We abide by the rules, we do not enter the grocery store, for example, unless we are within the allowable limits.
I think the dialogue is good and necessary.
A walk in the park, or a visit to the National Gallery would sure be even more helpful.

I hope you’re not suggesting that since some protestors aren’t taking the proper precautions against Covid-19 we should simply do away with all precautions. I personally don’t think that is a very good idea.

They are not announcing other opening dates at this time. District of Columbia city officials are not allowing rioting, I'd say Bowser and the DC administration have done an exemplary job of trying to keep balance and home rule pushback.
