[Lincolnparkdc] Mail Delivery Delays

If you read the front page article in today’s Washington Post “Mail backlog raises fears of delays in ballot delivery” the article points to changes implemented by “Trump fundraiser-turned postmaster general Louis DeJoy are contributing to a growing perception that mail delays are the result of a political effort to undermine assented voting”.
The article describes some of those implemented changes including prohibiting overtime, shutting down sorting machines early,schedule & route changes and mail carriers stopped from picking up mail to deliver and “forced” two day delays in delivering mail.
It’s not your mail carriers fault we’re not getting our mail delivery like we’re used to.
Let’s direct our complaints to the Postmaster General.
