[Lincolnparkdc] Black Mercedes on 11th Street

In response to my enquiry 311 sent an email report that the black Mercedes (with expired SC temporary tags )doesn’t meet their standard for an abandoned vehicle. It’s got expired temporary tags from SC & in the same space for 5 weeks & they don’t think that’s suspicious!
Does anyone have any experience on getting an abandoned car moved? It might be stolen?
